The city is known for its rich cultural heritage: ancient temples and architectural monuments have been preserved here. Construction of new housing has intensified thanks to improved transport accessibility — the ring road around the region's capital, Hyderabad, has significantly reduced travel time and led to rising land prices.

The house stands out against the surrounding development thanks to its blind terracotta walls in a rich brick shade.
